I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Pure Air Consultants. They were very helpful from the first phone call through completion of work. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job but the office staff and the technicians were very knowledgeable, competent and friendly.

They have not returned my call in two weeks.
Update: After they saw this review, they sent a guy to my house two days later. He recleaned the coils under warranty, but he charged me over $500 for clearing an algae plug from the drain and topping up the coolant.
Original cleaning was over $1,300. I would not recommend making this the first group that you call.

They installed a rheam HVAC system when our old unit died. They have returned several times whenever I needed questions answered (in the beginning, before I learned how to effectively operate the system). They fixed items that were faulty (under warranty) and replaced the thermostat (I forget why it broke). From the contact individuals to the service techs, they are always friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. I recommend them enthusiastically!

Warning!!!!! they will charge you almost a hundred dollars just to come to your house. I literally stay 2 minutes from the store. I don't mind paying for the recharge but 94.50 just to come to my home is not acceptable in my eyes. Honestly the word GREED comes to mind.
